1. Warranty service: The machinery is warranted for one year from the date of successful debugging. Non-human-induced damages during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. (Note: Wear parts are not covered by the warranty.)

2. Debugging service: The supplier will send personnel to the site for debugging and training. After successful debugging, the buyer will issue an acceptance report.

3. Installation service: The supplier and buyer will cooperate friendly. The supplier will send technical personnel for installation and debugging to ensure normal operation of the equipment.

4. Maintenance service process:

① Service response time is 36 hours. For customers in Guangdong within legal working days, on-site arrival within 8 hours; within the city, on-site arrival within 1 working day; outside the province, on-site arrival within 3 working days.

② Quick response:

Customer service representatives answer calls, quickly determine the type of fault through inquiry, and assign the incident to relevant technical engineers. The technical engineers will judge the approximate cause of the fault, bring relevant parts and tools, and arrive at the destination within the specified time to resolve the fault.
